The Wellness Atelier is a space for renewal — where morning light meets ritual and intention. Here, beauty is functional, and care is creative. Each object is chosen to awaken presence: the scent of sage, the warmth of brass, the quiet rhythm of breath. It’s a gentle invitation to begin again — to restore, to realign, and to move through the day with grace and grounded energy.

Who Am I
When I think about what it means to be “in motion,” it’s not just about physical movement — it’s about growth, change, and the willingness to keep showing up for yourself.
I’ve always believed in the power of health and fitness, but in recent years, life and work has pulled me away from making it a true priority. That changed when I discovered the Peloton app — not through the bike, but through their strength training, yoga, stretching, and outdoor workouts. What began as a way to add variety to my routine quickly became the foundation of my wellness journey.
I started strength training consistently, experimenting with programming, and celebrating small wins that became big milestones. Over time, I noticed a shift — I was stronger, more resilient, and more motivated. I even brought my husband along for the ride (or, more accurately, the lift), and watching him build his own strength journey has been one of my proudest moments.
